Fabio Ronga
Partner with 15+ years in strategic development for international companies in USA, Europe, China, Japan and Korea.
Fabio spent these 15+ years in the software industry across the world (specifically in North America, China, Japan and most of Western Europe) working at 2 companies: Hyperion - acquired by Oracle, and OutlookSoft - acquired by SAP. He held positions ranging from Product Management, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing to Executive Management.
As OutlookSoft´s International VP, he spent the last few years designing, implementing and managing an effective international organizational model, resulting in the delivery of nearly half of OutlookSoft revenues and customers. Following the acquisition of OutlookSoft by SAP, Fabio joined the German company to ensure a successful integration in Europe and China. This has been achieved towards the end of 2007, illustrated by SAP's success with the ex-OutlookSoft offering in Europe. This milestones triggered Fabio´s decision to co-found Convetia.
Fabio holds Master of Science in Management and a Master's Degree in Business Information Systems from HEC Lausanne.
Yves Steinhauser
Partner with 12+ years in strategic and finance consulting for international companies in USA, Europe and Japan.
Yves has over 12 years experience, including 8 years in strategic and finance consulting at Arthur Andersen, later BearingPoint. Following Yves’ management success at one of the world’s largest consulting companies, he turned his focus to Entrepreneurship. In 2003, Yves successfully launched one of the first International operations of OutlookSoft (a US-based performance management software company later acquired by SAP). Based on the rapid growth and success of this operation, Yves was proactively involved in the creation of an additional 6 OutlookSoft local operations in Europe and Asia. In mid-2007, after the acquisition of Outlooksoft by SAP, Yves took the decision to focus and put in action his strategic and management consulting skills by co-founding Convetia.
Yves holds a Master of Science from HEC Lausanne in Business and Informatics, he is also a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute and is based in Switzerland.
